Refund and Return Policy

At OWL TUNA MERCANTILE LLC, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not happy with your order, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once we receive your return.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Exchanges are available if stock allows; otherwise, we’ll issue a refund.

• Gift cards, custom items, and final-sale products are not returnable.

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we’ll fix it with a replacement or refund.
